Crisp, refreshing with surprising complexity. This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from two vineyards, one in Santa Cruz County, the other in Arroyo Seco. Classic lemongrass and honeydew aromas along with white peach, guava and orange blossom, finishing with a light grapefruit acidity. Made by our fantastic winemaker John Benedetti, this is a crucial companion to summer days.
Pairs well with herb-driven sauces, salty cheeses, light meats and Asian food.
Our wines are named after courtroom jargon to honor Judge Marlo’s career in the judicial system. Blanc Seign (typically Blanc Seing) means ‘signed blank paper’, representing trust between two parties.
