Observe notes of boysenberry pie, followed up with some earthy dark chocolate. Mild tannins balance nicely with the great acidity this vineyard is known for.

Our wines are named after courtroom jargon to honor Judge Marlo’s career in the judicial system. Exhibit 3B acknowledges and celebrates the three B’s that make up this wine - winemaker Brandon Armitage and Blue House Vineyard and its owner Brooke Lipman.

Blue House Vineyard (previously known as Fowl Play Vineyard) sits on less than an acre at Blue House in Scotts Valley. The vineyard sits just within the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA and is just down the road from the old Alfred Hitchcock estate. This three decades old vineyard is 100% dry farmed and 100% Merlot. It is owned by indelible Brooke Lipman and managed by Ken Swegles, Coastal Range Vineyard.
