We are proud to welcome our first ever rosé to the Aptos Vineyard lineup. This purposefully made Rosé of Pinot Noir makes a bold entrance with its dark color and European style.
Allow this Rosé of Pinot Noir to delight in the front and spin into whimsy on the back end. Note ripe strawberry and raspberry, vanilla on the nose and on the palate. As the glass is enjoyed, discover hibiscus and violet present themselves on the tongue.
This dry style rosé is low acid, allowing it to be paired with a range of foods or good conversation. Florals dance in the glass, melting into vanilla and strawberries. Linger in the finish with red fruit and a fresh dryness on the back of the tongue.
Pair this wine with soft cheeses, red berries, chicken, and veggies. Wine is best enjoyed with family and close friends somewhere with an ocean-breeze, a view to delight, and whispers of redwood.
Our wines are named after courtroom jargon to honor Judge Marlo’s career in the judicial system. Our first Rosé is named All Rise to honor the moment a Judge enters the courtroom - in this case to honor the moment a wine enters our Aptos Vineyard lineup for the first time.
Winemaker John Benedetti (Sante Arcangeli Family Wines) purposefully crafted this wine to evoke a darker, European style Rosé.
Straddling the Summit and Soquel Hills at 1,500ft in the Santa Cruz Mountains, cultivated fruit from DaLarDi Vineyard embodies similar characteristics to the popular Split Rail Vineyard of the same appellation. With vines planted in 2013, a youthful DaLarDi sits above the coastal fog belt.
